This band was the BEST choice I made for my wedding. I always get compliments on my choice of the band. Great singers, and they keep the energy up the whole time. We always had tons of people on the dance floor. Plus, they’re willing to learn any special songs you want for your event! I had previously had them play at my graduation party, and 5 years later I hired them again. Absolutely phenomenal talent and great people to work with.

We hired The Soul Shack to play at my daughter’s wedding and I can honestly say that every guest was completely blown away. We heard over and over, “the band was incredible!” The way they interacted with the crowd, their music selections, the energy, the passion (the volume) – it was all so perfect for the evening. But they didn’t steal the thunder from my daughter or the event – they made it more special and memorable than we could have imagined. Working with Matthew at Wunderfunk Records was also so easy and professional. Every detail was taken care of so all we had to do was lace up our dancing shoes and enjoy a magical night. The Soul Shack went above and beyond at our wedding. We had only seen them perform once at a public show and knew immediately that we wanted their positivity and wonderful sound to be with us on the best day of our lives. We had The Soul Shack play for our non-profit's 50th Anniversary Celebration. They were the perfect choice! The groovy tunes really elevated the energy of our event. The music was superb for everyone in attendance, young and old. Lots of dancing, singing along, and smiles. Folks commented all day and for months afterwards how great of a band we picked. Behind the scenes, they were easy to work with (even for us environmental educators that have no idea how to hire a band) and we really got the feeling that they were as excited to be at our event as we were to have them there. Would highly recommend!!! We hope we can have them out again for another party.
